The Foundation is administrated by a board composed of nine members, including :
- two honorary members : the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Culture and Communication
- the president of the Alberto Giacometti-Stiftung
- six individuals chosen for their expertise in the Foundation's area of activity.
The six qualified individuals currently on the administrative board are :
