Les Abattoirs, in co-organisation with the Fondation Giacometti, is devoting an exhibition to the work of Alberto Giacometti, entitled "Giacometti's years (1946-1966)".
The exhibition takes a fresh look at the art and life of Alberto Giacometti in the post-war period up until his death in 1966.
Combining masterpieces, sculptures, paintings, engravings, photographs and archives, the exhibition takes the public back to the 1950s, a period that is crucial to understanding the artistic and intellectual changes of the post-war period.
