The Foundation loans works from its collection to exhibitions all around the world, organising monographic exhibitions from its collection, and co-organising thematic exhibitions. The Foundation is particularly keen to encourage encounters between Giacometti’s work and contemporary art.

Loan applications should include a presentation of the project, specifying the name of the curator and the exhibition statement, accompanied by the following documents:

  • Facility report (security, temperature control, lightning, etc) ;
  • List of other institutional lenders ;
  • Liste of other Giacometti works envisaged for the exhibition.

The Foundation does not accept governmental amend for its loans and exhibitions.
